Bonfatto's Tongue Thai'd Wing Sauce - A spicy classic of the Orient, sure to curry favour with you for a lifetime!

I had covered a lot of culinary bases with my first six sauces, but the one part of the world I hadn't pulled from yet was one of the most flavourful. Hence, I did a bit of Marco Polo-like exploration, only in the kitchen. A bit of sweetness, the creaminess of peanuts, my own curry blend and of course some heat, and then I was ready for a taste test. First with some chicken and rice, second with grilled shrimp, peppers, onions, snow peas and rice, the finally on the grill for my favourite Satay. I have to confess, I wasn't disappointed.

Ingredients; Coconut milk, natural peanut butter, curry powder, spices, citric acid, salt, fresh basil.
