Blair's Halloween Reserve 2007 With Plastic Display - Limited To 299 Bottles with each bottle hand signed and numbered by Blair. Ranked at #A5 on our Hottest Additives List. The glass is custom made from Italy, and that is not a label. The glass has been carved (following Blair's design), and, as if that is not enough, Blair decided to recruit 12 of the nation's top artists to hand paint into the glass. So, each bottle is truly unique! Black and orange Italian resin seals it, with a 24 carat gold dipped skull atop. Each bottle is filled with ultra-pure medicinal mega-rare 1.25 million Scoville units.
