Kick Ass Jalapeño Hot Sauce - This Hot and Spicy Jalapeño sauce would be a great way to spice up your chilli. Even add some to ground beef to make a Tater Tot Casserole that will Kick Your Ass.

Kick Ass Tater Tot Casserole:

1 lb. Ground Beef or Turkey
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 can (10.75 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Water or Milk
1 lb. bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
2 lb. bag Frozen Seasoned Tater Tots
1/4 cup Kick Ass Hot Sauce

Preperation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown meat with onion and drain. Add salt and pepper to taste and Kick Ass Hot Sauce. In a 9" x 13" casserole dish, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the 1 cup of milk or water. Combine meat, vegetables and half of the tater tots in the casserole. Place remaining tater tots on top of the mixture.  Bake in oven, uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown. For additional "kick" add more Kick Ass Hot Sauce before eating. Enjoy!
