    El Corazon is the embodiment of the soul of my Chilehead beginnings. Fresh ripe serranos have long been at the top of my list of favorite chiles. You can always count on them to be sweet, moderately hot, and compliment most any dish from Tex-Mex to Asian! Agave nectar provides the sweetness and Tequila Reposada is the catalyst to bring the heat and the sweet together. Garlic and cilantro provide the finish to an exquisite gustatory experience! I have put all I have learned over the years together to create a simple, straight forward sauce that is sure to please. Not extreme in heat, but extreme in flavor! Satisfaction Guaranteed! Great in soups, on tacos & over eggs!!!

    Not that I'm disappointed that they discontinued this sauce but the fact that I can't bathe my taste buds in ecstasy with this euphoric mana from heaven makes me at least somewhat depressed
