Texas Rib Rangers Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup thin red onion slices
  • 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 1/3 cup Texas Rib Rangers Mild Barbeque Sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Cook chicken and vegetables in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
  • Spread pizza crust with barbecue sauce; top with chicken mixture and cheese. Place crust directly on middle oven rack.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until cheese is melted.

Dean Jacob’s Spicy Garlic Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb of Velveeta cheese
1 can of Rotel tomatoes (regular or hot)
1 lb of spaghetti pasta
1 stick of butter
1 can of undiluted cream chicken soup
1 can of undiluted cream mushroom soup
1 medium chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper (red or green)
Directions:
In a large pot, boil chicken breasts with ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper. Boil for 10 to 12 minutes then remove from the water. In the same pot, boil the spaghetti pasta in the chicken broth according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and discard the water. In the same pot (empty) sauté the onion and bell pepper in melted butter. Add tomatoes, soup, the chicken (after cutting it to bite size pieces) and spaghetti. Mix together gently. Add the cheese and gently mix well together. Add the Dean Jacobs Home/Chef Adjustable Grinder - Spicy Garlic. Heat until cheese is melted thoroughly stirring occasionally to keep from scorching.
Simple, easy and delicious! Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve with a salad and hot garlic bread.

 

Baconnaise Bacon Bomb Dip with Buttery Garlic Crustinis

Ingredients:
1 cup of shredded milk cheddar cheese
½ cup of shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
½ cup of shredded pepper jack cheese
8 slices of chopped cooked bacon
½ cup of Baconnaise Bacon Flavored Spread
2 tbsps of diced jalapenos
¼ tsp of garlic powder
¼ tsp of onion powder
¼ tsp of black pepper
¼ tsp of salt
4 oz of diced pimentos (optional)

 

For the crustinis:
10” baguette
Olive oil
Parsley, garlic, salt and pepper (to taste)

 

Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined and refrigerate to cool until serving time.
Right before serving, garnish with sliced green onions and fresh parsley.
Now, to make the crustinis slice the baguette into ½” slices and brush them with olive oil or butter and season with what you like.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 10 minutes and Voila!

 

Slap Ya Mama Crispy Fried Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups beer
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • 2 cups crushed cornflake crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning Original Blend
  • 1 quart oil for frying
Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together egg, beer, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place cod in the bowl, and thoroughly coat with the mixture.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, mix the cornflake crumbs and Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning Original Blend. Dip the cod in the crumb mixture, and thoroughly coat all sides.
  3. In a large, heavy skillet or deep fryer, heat the oil to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C). Fry the fish until golden brown, and flesh is easily flaked with a fork.
