Venom Xtreme Taco Lasagna

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 teaspoons Venom Xtreme Hot Sauce
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Mexican diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 6 flour tortillas (8 inches)
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
  • 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Directions
  • In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink;drain. Add water and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Stir in black beans, Venom Xtreme Hot Sauce and tomatoes. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  • Place two tortillas in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Spread with half of the refried beans and half of the beef mixture; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas, cheese and Venom Xtreme Hot Sauce
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Voodoo Chile Porcus Infrnum Bacon Cheddar Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese softened to room temp
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives drained well (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican style cheese blend
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 or 3 tsp Voodoo Chile Porcus Infrnum The Worlds Best Bacon Hot Sauce
  • sliced green onions for topping
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees (if serving warm.)
  • In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, chili powder, salt, pepper and salsa.
  • Spread mixture into an ungreased 9-inch pie pan (or similar size baking dish.)
  • Top with tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded cheese,crumbled bacon and Voodoo Chile Porcus Infrnum The Worlds Best Bacon Hot Sauce
  • At this point you can dig in with some tortilla chips or bake in preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted.

Walkerswood Hot Jerk Dorito Taco Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 5 cups crushed nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • Walkerswood Traditional Hot & Spicy Jerk Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef & mix Walkerswood Traditional Hot & Spicy Jerk Seasoning together in a skillet over medium heat until meat is brown and crumbly, about 10 minutes, breaking the meat up into chunks as it cooks. Drain excess grease, remove from heat, and let the meat cool.
  2. Toss lettuce, tortilla chips, Colby-Jack cheese, kidney beans, tomato, onion, and pickled jalapeno peppers in a large salad bowl; mix in the beef.
  3. Whisk vegetable oil, sugar, ketchup, taco seasoning, cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl until sugar has dissolved; pour dressing over the salad and toss again.
